Qualifications
I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#LF00002475).

I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and a member Maple Leaf DBT's Community Consultation DBT Team. I am also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

I earned a master's degree in Counseling/Psychology from the University of San Francisco and an undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature from Whitman College.

I am a former high school teacher and have many years of experience working with youth and families in school, recreational, and therapeutic settings. I have provided therapy services in community mental health agencies and schools in both San Francisco and Seattle. I have also worked as a mental health therapist at the University of Washington.
